I stumbled across this great article by Roger Olson and thought I’d share it. Relational theology is definitely the best descriptor of what we hold at our church here in London, and Olson here definitely does it justice as well as describing some of the other views around it.
My favourite bit was his explaining why a narrative reading of the Bible is important, rather than trying to treat it as a “not-yet-systematised systematic theology” which he feels (and I agree) too many evangelicals try to do.
